Core components of a Realm360 Virtual
Tours include the following:
-
TECHNOLOGY - three,
four, or five scenes, captured and processed using
iPIX® technology
-
HOSTING - one year
or the life of the listing on Realm360's world-class
technology infrastructure
DISTRIBUTION - tour can be delivered automatically to

REALTOR.com® and other national, franchise, broker, MLS
and agent sites where available
HomeTour 360° is the brand name for the Residential Real
Estate Virtual Tours created with the iPIX technology.
Realm360 Virtual Tours is a Certified Provider of the
HomeTour 360° Virtual Tours powered by iPIX
iPIX allows users to see a full 360 by 360 view,
which completely immerses a user in a scene. Other
technologies only use a panoramic view, which limits the
user's view. In addition, our technology provides
crystal clear images without graininess. iPIX
allows our customers to show a full Virtual Tour with
music, narration, panning and spinning.
iPIX has developed proprietary algorithms that allow
for clear, realistic non-distorted image. Many
cameras have attachments but iPIX and Ream360 Virtual
Tours use high end professional technology to develop
the highest quality Virtual Tours. Many people
compare it to using a home video camera to shoot a
Steven Spielberg film!
Absolutely. Any site or marketing media on
which you would like to include your Virtual Tours is
encouraged!
There are no renewal fees with Realm360 Virtual
Tours. Our clients become the owner of their
images. Realm360 Tours asks only that we include
them in our portfolio. Future fees are accrued
when our clients would like to update their pictures,
such as after renovations, or for new properties.
Yes! Data proves that consumers are more likely to
explore listings with Virtual Tours - creating more
opportunities to convert those consumers into leads.
Listings with Virtual Tours are viewed 40% more than a
listing without a Virtual Tour. Moreover, tours
themselves receive an average of 13* hits per day - and
scenes average four hits per day
While no particular set of scenes is
mandated by Homestore™, agents will usually film the
front (1) and back (2) exteriors, and also the areas of
the house where the family eats (3) kitchen, relaxes (4)
(living room) and sleeps (5) (bedrooms). On large
houses, estates or in very competitive markets, agents
may shoot 3-5 (or more) additional scenes to
differentiate their listing from the others. Each
additional scene is $19.95 it must be shot at the same
time the Virtual Tour is shot.
When you provide Realm360 Virtual Tours
with your listing information, request distribution to
the various Web sites where you would like the tour to
appear. Once the tour is captured and processed, the
link will be automatically sent to the REALTOR.com® site
and the other real estate sites of your choice and
posted as soon as the listing is active on that site. If
we do not have a distribution relationship with your
desired site, you will receive a link to your Virtual
Tour that you or your webmaster can post on that Web
site.
Realm360 Virtual Tours hosts the images
and provides the link to your Webmaster who incorporates
that link in the appropriate section of your Web site.
It is a very simple process and it works seamlessly.
There is no difference. Realm360 Virtual Tours are
powered by iPIX®, so the technology utilized is the
same.
