Four Simple Steps...                    

Step 1: Ordering Residential Virtual Tours 

• Fill out our easy online ORDER FORM.  After filling out the form completely, press the "SUBMIT" button and print out the order confirmation for your records.

• If you have any specific request on which digital stills you would like of the property please fill in the information.

• Please provide as much information as possible to elevate going back to the property to do retakes. ($25.00 fee will be charged if we have to return, unless it was our mistake)

Step 2: Scheduling

• The Agent and/or Homeowner will be called within 24 hours to schedule the tour.
• If the agent will not be present, we give the homeowner a morning (9 am - 1 pm) or an afternoon (12 pm - 4 pm) time frame or we can schedule a specific time if needed.  If an agent wishes to be present, we will schedule a specific time to meet the agent. (we aim to please)
• Trash collection days are to be avoided, if possible.
• It will take about 30 to 45 minutes for the photo session, depending on the number of scenes requested.
• Please contact us within 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment if you need to CANCEL/RESCHEDULE the appointment. ($20.00 fee well be charged for late cancellation or rescheduling)  EXCEPTION to this is inclement weather.

Step 3: Getting Property Prepared   

• Please have the home prepared for the photo session.  It will ensure we get the best possible shots, and reduce the agent/homeowners valuable time with us being at the home.  Click here for a handout you can provide the homeowner to help them prepare their home.

• Prepare the property prior to our arrival.  Things to do: tidy rooms, make beds, conceal valuables, remove magnets from the refrigerator, make it inviting, etc.  Make sure all lights are on, curtains are open, ceiling fans are off.

• Remove vehicles from the driveway and around the street in from of property.  If there are pets, dogs should be in the garage, cats in a room that will not be in the tour.

• The tours will show everything in a 360 x 360 view.  Remove whatever you don't want to be shown on the internet.

Step 4: Shooting and Processing

• Shooting the scenes and digital stills should take about 30 to 45 minutes.
• Your tour will be processed and posted within 24 to 48 hours after the appointment.
• Your tour will be distributed to most any company, local, or national site at no additional cost.
• You will receive an e-mail with the URL for you to give to your webmaster (or we can email your webmaster) so the tour can be placed on your personal site.
